Poets and kryptonite don’t often come  in the same breath but this event certainly transformed ideas of what poetry is all about!

After five heats and four months some of the most talented poets assembled here to do battle on stage in the name of slam poetry.

Hosted at The Frog & Bucket by the legendary comic poet Julian Daniel and assisted by scoremaster Segun Lee French, the seven finalists gave it their all… But only one poet could win!
