Charlotte Maxwell is a poet and short story writer from Manchester. She has had work published in a number of publications including The Portico Young Writer’s Anthology and the All Write! Book and was shortlisted in the top 100 entries to Foyle Young Poets 2011. She also co-wrote and performed in Stagnant Change, a performance piece comprised of spoken word and contemporary dance-which was staged at Z-Arts in September 2015. Charlotte is an active member of poetry collective, Young Identity and performed in the curtain raising act for Three the Hard Way Poets, as part of Manchester Literature Festival 2015. Outside of poetry and fiction, she has a keen interest in blogging and journalism and has been published on several websites including Eevee Life, The Courier Online, Alcohol Concern and Cuckoo Review.
